How to buy a bus ticket?

Bus tickets can be purchased in several ways. The most convenient option is to purchase a ticket on our website using the flight search form. You can also buy a ticket on the websites of transport service aggregators, at bus station ticket offices and directly from the driver. However, buying a ticket from the driver can be risky, as the availability of a seat on the bus is not guaranteed. We recommend buying a ticket in advance to be sure of your place on the trip.

How to return a ticket?

In case of cancellation of the trip, the passenger has the right to refund the price of the ticket minus the cashier's fee. When returning the ticket, the following fee is deducted:

  • more than 48 hours before departure - 20% of the ticket price;
  • more than 24 hours, but less than 48 hours before departure - 50% of the ticket price;
  • less than 24 hours, but more than 2 hours before departure - 80% of the ticket price;
  • less than 2 hours before departure - 100% of the ticket price.

To return the ticket, you need to read the instructions on the ticket itself or ask the dispatcher for advice.

Do I have to print an electronic ticket?

No, printing the ticket is not mandatory, but we recommend it to avoid misunderstandings. Alternatively, you can show your ticket on your smartphone. It is important to have a document confirming your identity with you. The driver has a list of passengers, so if your name is not on the list, you will not be able to board the bus.

How many days in advance can you buy a ticket?

We recommend our customers to buy tickets in advance to have some confidence in their trip and secure a seat on the desired flight. It is possible to buy tickets for our international bus routes 30 days before the departure date.

Is it possible to change the departure date in the ticket?

It is possible to change the date of departure with the prior and advance consent of the carrier. However, this is possible only if there is a free seat on the desired departure date. We recommend that you plan your travels in advance and purchase a ticket for the desired departure date to avoid any inconvenience.

How to return a ticket?

One passenger is entitled to free transportation:

  • 1 (one) piece of luggage no larger than 60x40x40 cm, total weight up to 25 kg. If the luggage is larger than 60x40x40 cm and weighs more than 25 kg, it will be transported if there is free space in the luggage compartment and for an additional fee.
  • 1 (one) place for hand luggage weighing up to 5 kg. Hand luggage is a bag that is easily carried and can be placed under or above the passenger seat. The passenger is responsible for hand luggage during the flight. The carrier is not responsible for hand luggage.
